Aggarwal Transformers was just established
during 2005 by young entrepreneurs. In less than one year, the company became
leading and highly recognized manufacturer of Toroidal Core (CRGO), Toroidal Transformers, Auto
Variable Transformers & Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizers. All
these products are passed through various quality test stages to produce state
of the art technology product.
Products Manufactured :
We
manufacture toroidal cores from very best CRGO steel from 1kgs to 50kgs per
piece. Our core has very high maximum flux density, low core losses and high
permeability. As per customer requirement, variety of sizes and grades of
materials are available.
Application
a) DVD
Player : We manufacture toroidal transformers with flexible dimensions
suitable for sleek DVD models. Toroidal transformers have lower noise, distortion
and lower magnetic hum in comparison of conventional EI
transformers.
b)
Public Address System : We manufacture toroidal transformers for P.A.
Systems from 100VA to 3000VA. Unlike EI transformers; toroidal are better suited
for custom applications. Our transformers are supplied with magnetic shielding
with results in lower noise & distortion.
c) Automatic Voltage stabilizer : We
manufacture toroidal transformers from 0.5 KVA to 15 KVA in all input voltage
ranges. i.e.
- Wide range : 100 - 300V
- Medium range : 140 - 280V
- Narrow range : 170 - 260V

d) Servo voltage stabilizers :
Due to toroidal's advantages over EI transformer, we recommend them to be
used as buck-boost transformer in SVS. By using toroidal lots of space, energy
& money can be saved. Both air cooled & oil cooled models are available
for single phase and three phase applications.
e) Isolation Transformers : We manufacture isolation transformers from 50VA to 50 KVA per phase. Both air cooled & oil cooled model available.
- AUTO VARIABLE TRANSFORMERS (Variacs)
:
We manufacture variacs
from 2amps to 600amps. Variacs is a major improvement. over tapped auto
transformer where voltages other than the line voltage are required.
- SERVO CONTROLLED VOLTAGE STABILIZERS

a) Air cooled Servo voltage stabilizers:
- Single phase: 2 KVA to 20 KVA
- Three phase: 5 KVA to 60 KVA
b) Oil cooled Servo voltage stabilizers:
- Single phase: 20 KVA to 500 KVA
- Three phase: 50 KVA to 1500 KVA

Aluminium wound
transformers for Automatic voltage stabilizers (AVR) and Servo
controlled voltage stabilizers (SVS) with full guarantee are available
